A workout tracker for lifters running mesocycles who don't want to do progressive-overload math in their head. You build your own mesocycles (or start from the 113 exercises it ships with), log sets from the iPhone or the Apple Watch, and when you hit the top of your rep range Telic bumps the weight for your next session. Telic suggests, you decide.
Body metrics come in from Apple Health, read-only. Everything else lives on your phone, with no servers, no accounts and no subscriptions. iCloud sync between devices is still in testing and ships with v1.
Right now it's on internal TestFlight only, so there's no public beta to join.
# How the overload rule works
The weight goes up only when you hit the rep threshold and the volume target is met. The increase is configurable from 2.5% to 10% (5% by default), and you can tune every progression rule. For bodyweight exercises, volume is reps times your bodyweight plus any extra load. Sets you add on the day count as bonus volume and don't move the target.
All the exercises are editable seed data. There are no "system" exercises you're stuck with.
