Pourlet privacy policy
How Pourlet stores your library and handles support messages.
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
Pourlet is developed by Julian Bonomini. This policy covers the Pourlet iPhone app.
Your coffee library
Your recipes, beans, grinders, brew ratings and notes are saved on your device. When iCloud sync is enabled for Pourlet, a copy is stored in your Apple Account's private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit service.
I don't run a server for Pourlet or receive a copy of your library. Your private iCloud database is not visible to me. Apple handles iCloud under its privacy policy.
Tracking and accounts
Pourlet has no advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking. It does not ask you to create a Pourlet account. Your Apple Account is used by Apple's iCloud service when you use sync.
Edit or delete your data
You can edit and delete entries in Pourlet. Deleting a recipe keeps its past brews, so remove those separately from Brews if you want to delete them too.
I can't access your private library to retrieve, change or delete its entries for you.
Support messages
If you email me, I receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. I use that information to reply and investigate the problem. Support messages are kept in my email account and are not used for marketing.
To ask me to delete a support conversation, email [email protected].
